Return & Refund Policy

At Meroviaa, we take great care to ensure every piece you receive meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for size issues, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received.
  • Customized or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at meroviaa@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup from your address (if applicable, if not we will inform you for the same).
  • Alternatively, you may ship the product back to us; shipping costs will be reimbursed only in case of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For prepaid orders, transaction fees or courier charges (if any) may be deducted.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’ll be happy to assist based on availability.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in good condition.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Accessories, lingerie, and customised products are non-returnable for hygiene and design reasons.
